Dr. Sena E. Hiradate

Dr. Sena E. Hiradate is a board-certified pediatric dentist and Southern California native who leads HulaGrins Pediatric Dentistry with a compassionate, patient-focused approach. After earning her DDS from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at USC, she completed advanced pediatric dental training through NYU Langone Health, where she gained extensive experience treating children across diverse clinical settings in Hawaii. She later served in community health centers and private practice, including leadership roles where she helped expand pediatric dental services. Dr. Hiradate has a unique connection to the practice, having once been a patient and later a dental assistant there before becoming its lead dentist. She is dedicated to providing personalized care, especially for children with special needs, and strives to create a warm, family-like environment where every child feels safe and comfortable.
