Dr. Diego Azar brings over two decades of clinical experience to the team at Smile Design Holistic, where his depth of expertise allows us to offer truly comprehensive dental care under one roof. A graduate of Nova Southeastern University’s College of Dental Medicine, Dr. Azar earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2005 alongside his longtime colleague and collaborator, Dr. Andy Baghaei. That shared foundation has informed a lasting professional partnership rooted in high standards, comprehensive care, and a genuine commitment to patients.
