Dr. Claudia Orta

Dr. Claudia Orta holds a Doctor in Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Universidad Iberoamericana in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. She completed a two-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency through NYU Langone Dental Medicine. Before joining Smiles of Fort Myers in 2024, she practiced at private dental offices in the area. Her clinical interests include oral surgery, endodontics, periodontics, operative dentistry, and restorative dentistry. She has also pursued continuing education in endodontics, oral rehabilitation, pain management, and infection control. Dr. Orta is fluent in English and Spanish and emphasizes clear communication and patient-centered care.
